Reservations
Due to the 48-hour cancellation policy, there will be a 50% deposit on the card and the rest will be due after your appointment.
For a no-show or no-call, you will be charged in full. We value your business and ask that you respect Jaiyen’s policy.
A valid credit card is required when booking appointments.

Arrivals
Please make sure to arrive 10-15 minutes early in order to fill out our intake form or perhaps try some of our tea and explore our products!
Late arrivals
Arriving late may interfere with our ability to provide you with the best possible massage experience. We will attempt to make an extension so that you will get your full time, however, if we have another customer scheduled right after your appointment, your session will be cut short. You will be responsible for payment of the full service. Please be prompt.
Pets/Kids
We love kids and animals, but please leave them at home. Unless your kids have massage treatment booked.This does not apply to service animals for people with disabilities, which are always welcome.
We have the right to refuse service to anyone.
