With the new year coming we would love all our Jaiyen clients to please remember our policies and to respectfully abide by them as-well. This new year Jaiyen spa’s receptionists are now required to say a short statement at the end of each transaction when booking someone an appointment to avoid confusion and misunderstanding. We appreciate all of our customers for being so kind with Jaiyen spa!
Jaiyen 2024 Policies: On that note, we would like to remind everyone of our policies. For our booking policy please keep in mind that there is a $45 cancellation fee if you cancel the same day or the day before your appointment, if there is a no show please remember that we have to pay the practitioner for that time still so there will be a full charge. Please plan on leaving to show up to Jaiyen spa 15 minutes before your appointment to avoid being late, your appointment time may be cut with the full payment of the appointment originally agreed upon due. On that note please keep in mind that you cannot book an appointment without a valid credit or debit card for confirmation. All new or returning mothers please remember that Jaiyen spa cannot perform massage work on you until you are past your first trimester, be sure to ALWAYS let the receptionist know of your pregnancy when booking your appointment, we do have the right to refuse service.
